How many shoes?

How many shoes for each size are you getting once baby’s walking? Is one pair enough for each size as they grow very quick? For mums who have older children what did you do?

I’m currently buying 1 pair every time he outgrows his current pair but getting him measured properly as I no I had issues with my feet and the way I walked and he’s already walking on side of his foot (brought up with hv already) but when growth slows down maybe 2 pairs or if going to nursery I would try and get 2 pairs just incase one pair get wet

Yeah one pair is fine. We often did two with our first born. One that we only allowed her to wear with us, when we weren’t going anywhere muddy. The other for childcare and muddy places. I found wellies hard for my eldest daughter to walk in till she was a little bigger xx

I have a 2 year old boy, who started walking at 10 months. We just have one main pair of shoes (like trainers) for daily wear. I do buy wellies/crocs but I buy them when he needs them for his current size. I don’t try to guess ahead because he’s a 7.5 now and on his 7th pair of shoes 😂 x
