Reflux?

My girl is 12 weeks and has recently been quite fussy on the breast when feeding. She will pull off suddenly and scream sometimes and today she fed for 15 mins and then suddenly came off and coughed and sneezed milk out of her nose. She then fed from the other side and pulled off after 3 minutes, spluttering. She has been spitting up a bit more and has been constantly chewing her hands and seems to be making a lot of saliva. Do you think this is likely reflux? Has anyone found anything to help? She didn't used to have this much issue.. but maybe it gets worse at this age? I also wondered if maybe I had a bit of oversupply? But I've always worried about my supply so it seems unlikely. I was pumping once a day during the night generally and sometimes pump in the evening if she has a bottle and I haven't pumped.. but it's not super common that I'd pump any more than she actually drinks.

My son has the same plus projectile vomiting. The GP prescribed gaviscon, which helped for a few weeks, but not is is back

At 12 weeks babies tend to Chew they're hands more. That's part of expected development. However, it might be she's sticky them into far and causing herself to gag. My LO does that a decent amount

She has screamed 3 times today at the start of a feed.. so I wonder if it's the letdown...

I’ve had this loadsss- my baby does have reflux and is on Omeprazole but it doesn’t always solve the on/off issue. I showed a video to a lactation consultant and she said it looks like my baby is doing it out of discomfort so is likely the reflux or gas pains. I’ve never had concerns about oversupply, more under- so I don’t know about that side of things.
