I applied for it recently and was told they would replace my green bin for a bigger one x

I’m assuming you mean the purple hygiene collection bags? There’s no limit on the amount of bags you can put out on hygiene collection day, so doesn’t matter if both children are in nappies.

You can put out as many nappy bags as you need to xx
