Constipation

My poor baby girl has been constipated and having a tough time passing bowel movements since transitioning from formula 😭 we started whole milk 2 weeks ago but I just recently switched to goat’s milk as it is easy to digest last night. What can I give her or switch to, to stop the constipation?

Probiotics for stomach good luck 🥹

I will try that! Thank you

A shot of warm orange juice in the morning & night from an actual orange !

My pediatrician recommended peas pears and prunes for constipation

2oz prune juice mixed with 2 ounce water. My baby girl has been cknstipated since she started on baby food and prune juice helps so much! Also make sure they’re drinking a good amount of water

I got Mommy's Bliss probiotic drops and as soon as I gave them to her she's been pooping. She had bad constipation for a month. We transitioned to whole milk and I got Lactaid because I think she's sensitive to lactose. I add 3 oz of water and 3 oz of milk. She won't drink water by itself. I looked it up and it says dilution helps because milk has a lot of fat but also a lot of nutrients and electrolytes, so watering it down helps. Hopefully your little one feels better soon!

Thank you all for the recommendations!! We have since switched to Goats milk ( diluted with water) & started adding apple juice/pear juice to her water with meals & she is no longer constipated!
