poos

my LB is almost 8 months and been weaning almost 2 months now (BLW) and of course his poos have become thicker but last few days they have been hard and solid (only passing a few at a time so quite small ones) and looking more like adult poos but he is not in any pain or discomfort when passing his poo so i’m unsure wether he is constipated or not? any help or advice welcome!

If you've already introduced apple or pear, they can help.

@Desi is it constipation? he’s now had 3 poos today but all tiny ones and they are able to roll around his nappy they are that solid

Fiber in the diet helps the poo hold more water and making it easier to pass and not so hard. I like to add benefiber to my sons water sometimes.

@T-Louise it might be. Yes. He may just need some more fibre.
