IVF protocol for endo with the pill and burselin

Hello everyone. I’ve just started my second fresh round of IVF through the NHS (3rd overall try). This time I’ve been put on the pill for 2 weeks followed by an injection - Burselin for 2 weeks before stims begins. This is to help reduce any inflammation from endo. The more I read about whether or not the pill is even effective for endo the more its getting me down, I’m worried it won’t work and also nervous going through all the hormone injections again. Its so stressful, any advice? I’ve been working with a nutritionist on several supplements done a dutch test etc. i have so much data, but feel at the mercy of the nhs standard protocol 😭
