If we have a boy we have a family name to use, but if it’s a girl we are so lost on what to do, would love to pick my grandmother’s name but would that then offend my other grandmother 🤦♀️.
I’ve put a total of 3 to my baby 😅 I wanted to sound good and have meaning: Alexandros Raphael Kimia . We call him Kimia tho ( means Peace in Lingala , language of Congo 🇨🇩 ) . When he’ll be grown up , he’ll decide how to be called 🥹🥰
Between us, our 3 best friends are all called Rebecca and the friendships spanned nearly 50 years between them. They're all incredible women so it was a no brainer for us!

We used a family name for the first name so chose a middle name we thought matched nice
We use a name of family member but worked well as both got family member with same name
If it's a girl I'd like to use my Nanna's middle name. If it's a boy, I think we'll use my maiden name as I'd love to find a way to keep it going as the name ends with me!
After a family member from my side of the family, as the baby will be having my husband’s family’s surname so evens it out!
We’ve used Bella as a middle name as that’s the name of our dog (fur baby) who we absolutely adore

My Lg's name is the same as my sister's which is the name my great nan called my mum instead of her actual name. My mum passed in 2021 so we thought the name was a perfect way to honour her x

i used ivy for my first as when i was pregnant she moved so much when we listenes to ivy by taylor swift😅 rosa for my second, it was going to be my name and also it's close to my husband's sister's name (rose)
