I recieved confirmation within 10 days but now have a form i have to send back to them when ive finished work. Im doing that today so shall see how long this part takes as apparently actually getting the money paid takes a while but they will back date it if so
I rang them yesterday as it had been 4 weeks since I’d heard anything. The lady on phone sorted everything out for me. Give them a call if it’s been 4 weeks or if you need some help. I told them I finish on 11th April, and my payments starts on 12th, so then get paid on a day according to your national insurance number, so I’ll get paid about 10 days after for first payment.
@Jess I only actually applied about 2 weeks ago, and had a text the next day saying it had got to them, I suppose it's just a waiting game now, but if it gets into April and I'm still waiting I'll give them a call then to see what's going on x
If you go 4 weeks from the day you got your text, and hear nothing then ring them x
