I work at tesco , around 20-30 hrs a week but contracted to do 12. They r very flexible around childcare etc. Best company I've ever worked for x
I work in an infant’s school, I just help out at lunch times, and do some overtime occasionally in the classrooms
Previously worked within health and social care, mental health and family support but once I had kids I switched to office hour roles that I didn't take the work home with me. Meaning I was less stressed and still had something left in the tank physically and mentally at the end of the day. It actually paid much better too.
@Anita I leaning more towards administration myself. It’s a shame I’m not enjoying it as the hours and term time is great around my daughter but I find myself so overwhelmed on a daily basis at work at the minute and just feel I need a change x
I look after the ponies at a horse sanctuary, only three days a week now. I do enjoy it and it’s very good exercise!
I'm a domestic cleaner
I'm a self employed dog Groomer so I can choose my own hours which is great. It does have its downsides though, if you want time off you don't get paid 🤷♀️ But couldn't imagine doing anything else now. If you have a childcare qualification have you thought about setting up your own business? Like a childminder?
