Bottles are only sterile for 24 hours after sterilised. With the dummy they are also sterile for 24 hours so as long as it’s not touching the ground or anything that’s not entirely clean then you can use again. If the dummy hits the floor or my daughter touches the teat of her brothers dummy or similar things, then we get a fresh one x
I became increasingly anxious with my first daughter about this but to be honest, if you replaced the dummy everytime it fell out, you'd need a thousand. If it was something you were unsure about you coukd always wipe it down with a wet wipe and use this https://www.boots.com/Nuby-UV-Soother-Steriliser-10264375?gad_source=1&gclid=CjwKCAjw7pO_BhAlEiwA4pMQvOETVICj7QJ6mfEiRKZz4lkjQSQV_IYyQSF8zyPT05QLMlqY49V-yRoCy-kQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds When in doubt and if I had no replacement Dummy's, this is what I used x
I’m ngl, if the dummy is clean and it falls out (depending where it’s fallen) I’ll put it in my mouth and then give it back to him…you’d need to carry about 10 dummies if you replaced every time! Xx
I have the Milton dummy sterliser that clips on the changing bag and has the solution in (great for travelling) the bibs boxes you can ask for boiling water in a cafe etc to resterlise

The bottle needs to be used within 24 hours of being sterilised and with the dummy I’d say it’s okay to put back in the case for later as long as it doesn’t go past the 24 hour mark it will be fine xx
