Diarrhoea after stomach bug
Is it normal for three year old to have diarrhoea after everything he eats after (suspected) stomach bug?

@Tiggy’s Mummy he’s had the bug (only sick twice) but he’s had diarrhea for the past two days after everything he’s eaten. Don’t think it’s allergy/intolerance related as he’s already dairy free and certainly not had anything dairy x
It’s probably a bug then, my little one is also suffering from it with vomiting 😭 Keep fluid intake up & hope our little ones feel better soooon 🫶🏻
