Ah also, have you heard of the witching hour? Have a little google to see if that has any similarities! ❤️❤️❤️
This sounds like the witching hours, very common around dinner time. Colic is constant no matter the time of day x
@Kimberley i also wanted to suggest that it looked like the witching hour 👍🏾
Thank you all! He’s been checked for lip and tongue tie and doesn’t have them. I’ll read up on the witching hour as he’s is much more settled in the day, still wants to be held a lot but most babies do! Does anyone have any tips on settling a baby during the witching hour or anything that may help at all? Xx
@Emily I’ll be totally honest nothing helped my son at all during this time but he did settle around 12 weeks old. It’s brutal but it’s a phase that will pass. Hang in there 🤍
@Shannon thank you! My other 3 never did anything like this, I’m guessing I’m lucky! It really is brutal and it makes me worried that something is wrong with him! Xx
@Emily it can be normal but if it gets worse or he’s being sick constantly or screaming 24/7 it could be CMPA. This is what happened to my son, it started off slow then eventually he was crying all the time x
Might be worth checking to see if he has a tongue or lip tie, might be getting little pockets of air, my eldest was tongue tied ❤️
