There is the Nurture Hub which is amazing. Fiona does baby massage and sensory and your baby is the perfect age for it. You do have to pay for it but it’s so so lovely - Fiona is amazingly talented and finishes the sessions by making you a cup of tea and toast!! She also runs a monthly meet up called mammy’s matter. There is rhythm and rhyme at the library on Mondays. There is baby sensory (the one I went to was in Newtownabbey but but only 15/20 mins away) - it’s nice and relaxing There is moo music in Greenisland too - it’s loud and fun!! There’s 2 I never went to so don’t know what they’re like but they’re little pebble and buggy babies fitness. They look lovely as well but I wasn’t organised enough to get trying these!!
Sure start antrim they got loads of courses coming up in May I'm on some x
Look to local community centres and churches they all usually run mums and tots groups. Most will be wrapping up at end of may for the summer (take school sports days etc all into consideration) your health visitors might have a list in the area as well
