GTT diabetic
I had a GGT appointment last month, didn’t get a call back so that means everything’s good. But today for my 28 weeks appointment with my midwife, she couldn’t see the results on her screen. Requested me to go to the hospital for bloods, only to be told i have diabetes and there was a “system error” they couldn’t really explain why my results weren’t on the system. This really made me upset as I am diabetic and didn’t know for a whole month! I want to make a complaint, just don’t know where and how. Any advice guys? (First time mum😓)

1000000% complain. Ask to have the director of midwifery’s email also and complain to her. That’s unacceptable that no one looked up your results and told you at the appropriate time.
