I have found something that helps when changing my rollie pollie babies diapers.

My LO doesn't stay still when changing her diaper. Trying to roll away, kick me, and fight me. I take one of her toys and put it in her shirt. It keeps her distracted long enough for me to change her. Thought I would share for anyone else struggling. Also, pull-ups have made diaper changing so much easier

Might have to try the toy trick. Crazy to think pull ups are an option already 🤦🏻‍♀️ growing way too fast

The pampers 360s are LIFE CHANGINGGGG. 😂😂 my little guy figured out how to pull off the regular diapers at like 8 months so we switched and haven’t even thought about a different type since!

I just hand my son literally anything lol

@Ashley this doesn't work for us. She throws it away from is so she can go get it and run away lol

Great suggestion! I remember when changing diapers/clothes was so peaceful, and now it’s like holding a cat in a bath sometimes 🫠 I currently keep a little fabric basket nearby with a random assortment of things to distract her with: a spinning toy, a teether, baby socks, a small board book, a plastic boat, etc. I like to swap the toys/books out every so often, but not even weekly since she plays with these for at most a minute or two while changing/dressing. This basket is also handy to toss in her crib with her so that I can finish getting ready. Doesn’t always work like a charm, but it has made our mornings especially easier.
