@Paige it’s just frustrating cos I’m pretty sure I’m not pregnant this cycle but till my period comes there’s still hope and it’s the hope that’s killing me
I totally get it I was so hopeful this cycle testing thinking I still have 4 days then it came early 🥺 sucks !
So I’ve not used Flo but Premom is terrible for not updating its predictions based on the data you enter so I’d not rely on it for anything other than just recording your own info and logging tests. Personally I’ve never had a luteal phase longer than 9 days and after 6 months of logging Premom still insists I should expect my period 14 days after ovulation 🤦🏻♀️. Which brings me to my next suggestion which is that varying cycle lengths are almost always due to variation in the follicular phase (first day of your period to ovulation) while your luteal phase (ovulation till your next period) will tend to be quite consistent. So if you’ve been tracking ovulation at all you can go back and look at how many days you usually have between ovulation and your next period and that will be your most accurate prediction
@Jessica thank you, I didn’t know that. This is only my second month tracking ovulation so I don’t think I have enough to know but I’ll definitely bear that in mind as a go on. Thank you x
I could have wrote this myself , and from my tracking non are 100 % correct this month is a 23 day cycle Premom said I’m due on Monday & flo said tomorrow but I started yesterday . Both apps are estimated on past cycles but ur body’s ready when it’s ready . On a cycle that’s average I find Premom more spot on then flo but flo is only usually out by a day
