Gavsicon for infants?
Anyone's baby on gaviscon and if so how many satachets. My babies on 6 a day and I was wondering what your babies nappy is like?
His stool has become more solid now rather then runny? Is this normal?

My son is 10 weeks old and on gaviscon 6 a day, he also has solid stools, but that’s normal, gaviscon can make them constipated xx
My son can only tolerate 2 sachets a day as it causes him too much pain having more than that through bad constipation!
Solid stools too! Much easier to clean but still wasn’t nice I was worried to was causing her discomfort to pass the stools so I stopped xx
We were on Gaviscon but now on Omeprazole. We found Gaviscon didn’t work at all. Went from 14 dirty nappies a day (I know- I wish I was joking) to one every 2/3 days. Now on omeprazole it’s once a week 😭
We stopped it completely the 6 sachets made our son soo constipated it was unreal. We have omeprazole for him now x

My 11 week old is also on gaviscon 6 a day but having watery stool. Doesn’t seem to stop the reflux at all
