I think it’s the bluntness that just come across rude and just makes me feel like I’m asking stupid questions

There’s been a whole police investigation into the founder of the group after her breaking GDPR and bullying and harassing a customer! I’m blocked from it because they’re so bloody thick, her and her minions couldn’t see my kid was in his seat in the middle of my living room rug, not in a moving vehicle at 70mph. Telling me I’m putting him in danger and don’t care about his well being, when the car seat wasn’t even installed. They’re horrible, apparently the nice admin started their own group but I don’t remember the name, might be worth making a post to ask

I understand car seat safety and how important it is. But there's ways those groups can come about things nicer. And also understand the laws and requirements for, let's say, forward facing vs. rear facing, differ from state to state. It's not one rule. I posted a Pic one time asking about a part to a Graco extend, and I got so much back lash for forward facing both my children at 2. Saying I was going to get them killed, saying things like I shouldn't be a parent. But legally I was doing nothing wrong. I'm in the US but the US groups are just as bad.

I left that group, they’re so rude. If you don’t have £700 to spend on an ERF Swedish seat then you’re automatically a bad parent. They are honestly psychotic people.

I agree, the worst thing is, car seat safety is so important and can save lives, I feel like they’re actually turning people away from making safer choices by their attitude. Sometimes it’s not what you say, but how you say it, people join the group because they want support and help, it’s costs nothing to be caring and kind.

Totally agree! I left after a few days of being on the amount of hate people were getting also mums slagging dads off because they didn’t have the perfect car seat for child when picking up honestly it was like a witch hunt soon as I defended him everyone came for me, bloody evil cult 🤣🤣

@Mama A yes it’s ridiculous and they all say if you get a £400 car seat its equivalent to spending £6 a month like what company actually lets you pay that monthly to pay it off or without interest it’s just not realistic

I got blocked because i liked someones comment. I needed help with the carseat i bought from her and she refused because "i prefer other peoples opinions" 😂 look on Trustpilot for reviews, wish i never bought a seat from Gabi.
