Nuby rapid cool
Is everyone using the hot shot method?
Am I okay to just heat the water up in the Nuby and poor it into the bottle with formula in without using the extra flask of cooled water?
This is how it says to do it on the Nuby website however everyone seems to be using the hot shot method?

I believe the hot shot method is only used to prevent the need to sterilise the flask after every use. It’s perfectly fine to mix the formula with the boiling water in the flask then pour into the bottle.
I have the nuby steriliser means you don’t need to do the hot shot method as it’s easy to clean and sterilise on the go just makeup the bottle as normal and then pop into the rapid cool, find its easier as baby only having 3oz bottle so hot shot method was making the bottle too warm

I'm using the hot shot method when out and about so I can use the cooler flask more than once. Otherwise I would need to clean and sterilise whilst I'm out and I think the logistics would be too faffy
