@Raqi have you read my post?
Yeah, I'm just confused as to why you would stay and continue dining out after both your kids vomited all over the table. Unless you took your meals back home with you and they happily ate them there
@Raqi we obviously cleaned the table and as I said, after taking the squash away both children were absolutely fine. Do you have anything remotely useful to add to your comments?
Nope, I was just seeking clarification. Carry on, ma'am!
@Raqi why? When it was completely irrelevant to the question I actually asked?
Could have been when the cup/glass has been washed the washing liquid hasn't been fully rinsed out? I don't think out of date cordial will do anything.
Because I used to work in the restaurant industry, and yeah, sometimes people get sick. But I've never seen a family stay after someone vomits. They'd generally have us pack up their meals, tip well, and GTFO. We had a whole protocol involving PPE for cleaning up biohazards like bodily fluids. So it's bizarre to me someone would stick around after their kids have been ill.
@Kath yea that’s true, but both glasses?
If it's been an issue with the fish washer or someone not paying attention. Or it could be the start of a stomach bug
@Kath hmm true. I definitely don’t think a stomach bug as they’ve been fine since and it was over 5 hours ago, plus the vomit was literally the liquid they’d just drank. Do you think I should phone the pub to make them aware or just leave it?
I'd just leave it, you've left now and quite a lot of time has passed. Glad they are feeling better
I'm sorry... Did you stay and eat your meals after both your kids threw up over the table??
