Yes, you have to check with the airlines. Some won't let you get on board if you're already 32 weeks. Other airlines will allow you on board until 36 weeks. Depends also on how many babies you're carrying. If you're pregnant with twins or more, they're even stricter. After 28 weeks, you need a certificate from your midwife.
You will need to get a fit to fly note from the doctors basically explaining that your pregnancy is normal and everything is okay. I was supposed to fly at 31 weeks but I changed my mind last minute and decided to stay at home
@Elena i had diabetes towards the end of the pregnancy thats the reason I didn't fly. I'm glad I didn't as I had my little girl early at 32 weeks x
@Elena it was hard deciding to stay home as it was the last holiday I would have been able to go on before my daughter got here but when I think about what could have happened I'm glad I stayed home x
Keep moving even 2 hrs flights constantly move your legs. Book an aisle seat if you can so you can keep going to loo and moving your feet in the aisle drink even more than you think you should. Your skin may also be more sensitive so high factor sunscreen and your maternity notes
I think they stop you from flying at 32 weeks don’t they?
