Help? At home Entertainment ideas

Anyone got any ideas in how to keep their 9/10 month old entertained?!? Needs to be relatively cheap, and preferably home based. At the moment my LO only wants to climb (into the empty fireplace or all over me), pull everything of everything, or play plonk (climb up something then plonk down on her bottom. She doesn't want to play with toys, even if we are playing with her, she will only let Dad read to her, if it is me we get to two pages max and then she is wiggling or trying to rip the book. We are minimal tv (one episode of Timmy time when I need to cut nails). Bath time or water play are the best ways to keep her occupied for more than 10 minutes but I need some calm activity ideas, with minimal supervision so I can answer work emails as I am now working from home. Doesn't even need to be that long, just successful so I can do the minimum required to be paid! I've tried sofa cushion obstacle courses as she loves to climb, but she just crawls in the opposite direction and then cries when I don't come with her. Help?! I'm at wits end with new ideas!!
