When my first little one started disliking bath times we found putting feet in first and slowly lowering in helped as well as having some toys ready or already in hand. Good luck!
As long as you know it’s not a reaction to something bad then I wouldn’t worry. It’s not unusual for babies to change their behaviours at times as they are developing. Some babies that sleep right through suddenly start waking in the night. Some babies that start off really enjoying solid food when weening suddenly don’t want to eat and can become fussy. Some babies that enjoy the water suddenly start to dislike it. There’s lots of things they can go through phases with. I wouldn’t necessarily “do” anything. Stick to your normal routine with bath times, maybe make the duration shorter if baby is distressed, so just do what is necessary. I’m sure in a little time your baby will be fine again.
