What Nappy Cream Are You Using?!
So Mamas what nappy cream are we using to replace the best cream of all Metanium?! I’m so sad it’s discontinued, was the only thing that I found did the job for my boy😩

Do you mean a treatment cream? I just use sudo as a barrier but for treatment in replace of the yellow metanium, we use Sudosalve Nappy Rash Treatment - works really well x we were gutted metanium discontinued! X
Trimovate from the GP it’s the only thing that’s come close to metanium x

It might sound weird, but I use a few drops of baby oil and that works like magic. I've stopped using nappy cream for my 2 year old.
