Colic baby! Helppp

My baby is 2 weeks old and I’ve been told he’s colic or might have reflux. He’s breastfed and takes aptamil. I tried infancol didn’t do much at all, tried Colief which was one of the best reviewed but nothing much neither! I can see my baby is in a lot of pain and there’s nothing I can do to help him and it’s making me as a mama very overwhelmed and worried. The only thing that calms him down is laying on me.
