Baby diarrhea

Hi, my lo is 2 months old and since the last 2 days she has every morning or 2 times per day dirty nappy (like very loose and greenish) before she had maybe every 3 days and more solid. Lately she has a running nose and temperature 71-71.3 every evening. What could possible be? I didn’t change her formula lately, She instead has normal wet nappies and is feeding well.
