Multigenerational home

Anyone else in this boat? I mean where you both pay the bills, you do the cooking and cleaning, but your kids draw on their damn walls so you feel guilty? I'm struggling. It's my sweet mamas house, but my little ones are still little and do toddler things. My mom is trying to put a curio cabinet in the living room and told me I just have to train them not to destroy the pretty glass things👀 Were going to live together forever as she has cancer and I want her to always have company but guuhhhh!! I hate boomer decorations, I hate having guests stop by unannounced and I hate not having my own house. We'll never be able to afford one thanks to this economy anyway. I've had grace and I'm grateful for the house we live in but I'm venting. Okay thanks bye
