Constantly anxious

I had a miscarriage towards the end of last year and I very recently had my 12 week scan and they said everything seemed fine 🙏🏽 but I’m so anxious all the time and scared that something could happen. I just want constant reassurance somehow and hope to hear that everything from now will be okay! Nothing to ask, just needed to get it out x

I have no help to offer but just wanted to say you’re not alone I lost my first pregnancy in June 2024 at 16w 6d currently 21w with our rainbow, not a day has gone by that i don’t have anxiety I’m a high risk pregnancy for possible pre term labour and have extra scans and even that doesn’t help ease the anxiety unfortunately, i don’t think ill settle until baby is here safely To add to my anxiety i had a cervical scan on my birthday and saw my cervix was starting to funnel so was taken in to theatre to have a stitch placed on my cervix so hopefully that keeps baby in until its removed at 37w 🤞🏻 Just know you’re not alone with how you feel sending you hugs, stay hopeful 🫂

Its going to be a tough journey mamá but you will need to stay so positive. Our son was stillborn at 32 weeks in 2023, pregnancy after loss is so hard, but there is light... I just had my rainbow 3 weeks ago, thankfully he arrived safely at 36 weeks. Its a super hard journey to navigate and i was anxious all the time. What i found helped was having extra scans, i also got to a point after 20 weeks where i went to triage regularly to get monitored to give me peace of mind. May be worth speaking to your consultant to get extra scans in place and emotional support through the Ocean service (if ur in the UK). My inbox is open anytime for support x
