i’m currently doing bassinet with buggy board combo. my toddler will use the buggy for only a short period but but it’s nice to have for when i need her close out of the busy street. i’m about to add the adapter to put the rumble seat on the bottom and nuna car seat attachment on top since baby is about to be too long for the bassinet. i’ll probably leave the buggy in the car in case of anything. another possible option is a second rumble seat with infant insert. i think that’s your best bet so they’re both in a seat
I’m due in September with my second and have been debating the same thing. My 2 year old still generally does great in the stroller so I have my eye on the nuna trvl double. I decided I prefer the side-by-side configuration because I can’t see my toddler being happy in that stacked position a lot of the other doubles are in. I liked that I can put the toddler on one side and start with the newborn carseat on the other.
Thanks all! A bit of a mixed bag too! Think we’ll try the buggy board and see how it goes from there! I also think she may get jealous and want to lay in the bassinet 😂 good luck everyone!
I think it depends on your 2 year old! My 2 year old loves to walk so we're getting by with a single stroller with our 7 week old (joolz aer in the bassinet configuration) with a foot board for when my toddler gets tired.
