Girl prunes!!! But beware bc he will be literally incapable of holding it in so don’t go too crazy, a little goes a long way. but it will regulate I promise all that stuck poo will be set free and he will be extremely relieved!

Prunes! Cook them down and puree, have him drink the juice.

Just fyi, you can give adult probiotics just open the capsule into food. There’s no reason not to since a tablespoon of home fermented Kefir contains more probiotics than entire packet of probiotics. It’s friendly bacteria, they are not known to cause harm. Also, a tablespoon of coconut oil does the trick. Give in the morning, poo in the evening.
Try prunes in a yoghurt, more water, more fruit and fibre in his diet, fruit such as pears, plums, raspberries, strawberries and vegetables such as celery, cucumber and peas If constipated severely for long time you may need to see GP as may need something to help flush out and laxative
