Sorry for what it may be a daft question, but what is the difference between vomit and spit up for babies with reflux?

Hi lovely, I was actually just reading up on reflux myself as I believe our little one has silent reflux. I'll send you a link.. but the third paragraph (after the bold text) tells you the basic but this is quite helpful to understand what the difference is ☺️
