Unknown amount of time left

First baby, best friend and longest relationship ❤️ the vet had to explain yesterday how 'we'll know it's time' and I have been a WRECK since. I'm pregnant and the toddler needs me and the fur baby is still here, gotta pull it together. I don't have too many people to share the news with, but I thought this might be the place 😭💔
