Travel steriliser

EDIT: we use Suavinex bottles Hey mamas 😀 Do you have any recommendations for portable steriliser when travelling? (Ideally steam steriliser) I will be soon travelling with my LO who is 4 months and formula fed, therefore looking for advice because I don’t want to carry the big steam steriliser with me. Thanks in advance to those who will reply 🙂

If you're using bottles, what bottles have you got? The mam bottles are self sterilising they have a guide on their website and you can do it in the microwave it steams them that way. I popped his dummy in the bottle as well to do that when we went away was alot better than lugging a big machine around. If it's not bottles you're sterilising you can get microwave sterilising bags I got them when I was pregnant to keep in the changing bag but I haven't had an occasion to use them yet just glad I have them if I need them

We use the Milton cold water bucket although you’d struggle to carry that around full of water 🙈🙈

I’ve seen people recommend a collapsible bucket that then you can fill with cold water and Milton tablets. Could be a good option ☺️

Microwave sterilising bags are great but you can only really get 2 bottles at a time in, so if you’re taking a few, it can be time consuming. They work really well though, that’s what I take when we go away now. Other to that, a Tupperware box & Milton tabs. With our first, when we went abroad first time, I bought a large square one from Home Bargains, packed it in the case full of stuff and then just binned it before we came home. x

I'm going away when baby will be formula fed, my plan is to take the milton but I will pack it out with clothes or something for the travel part so not exactly taking up space
