@Danielle I have a parasol it just spins and as soon as I turn a corner and the sun moves it's back in her eyes 😂 I've seen an attachment in smyths that acts as a canopy, just disappointed in the hood from icandy!! Expected better especially for the price!
@Maisie oh god that sounds annoying. May aswell throw mine in the bin before I even open it then 😂 I agree with you on that you expect the best when you pay so much!! My first I paid a ridiculous amount on my travel system, still had a travel system second time around but didn’t pay half as much for that very reason there’s always something you’re not keen on no matter which you get. Just be careful with a canopy make sure it’s fully ventilated and open underneath so many doesn’t get too hot. Things like that do worry me x
Is this while it’s on the carry cot bit? I have the Peach and I found that when it was on the carry cot part it was like this, fully unzipped still not very good but once I transitioned to the seat part because they sit up it was much better coverage! I purchased a snooze shade and used that to help!
@Claire no the carrycot was fine this is the seat part! I imagine when she's sat up straight it will be ok but I put her in lie flat still at the mo as she's 5 months and for her to nap! A poor design 🙈 can you use the snooze shade partially or does it have to cover all of it? I have one upstairs thar someone gave me as a hand me down but haven't even looked at it haha!
Oh that’s a shame! I think from looking at it my hood does go a little further than yours once fully unzipped as it has an extra bit at the front too. The snooze shade is great you can attach it to the hood and the Velcro it onto the handlebars so it’s like a canopy or you can put it fully over the seat and use the zip on the front to see in. X

I use this, it adds so much extra length to the shade on the pushchair, easy to fold away too and keep in the basket.
You might have to buy a hood extender. My hood comes down further than your friends’ I have the Bugaboo Fox. But the extender is great coz it’s half fabric half mesh so also keeps the flies and mozzies out
Can you buy a universal parasol to attach? I have one for my pram which I am planning to use in addition to the hood
