Feeding: If nursing: Nursing cover (if you prefer) + extra burp cloths If bottle-feeding: Pre-measured formula or breast milk in TSA-approved amounts (formula is allowed in larger amounts than 3.4oz, just declare it) Empty spill-proof sippy cup for your toddler (you can fill it after security) 2. Packing Tips & TSA Rules Babywearing: Since you’re babywearing, you can keep your hands free, and most airports will let you wear your baby through security. Liquids: You can bring baby food, formula, and breast milk in reasonable amounts—just let TSA know.
Stroller/Car Seat: You can check a stroller and car seat for free at the gate. If using a lightweight travel stroller, it helps for airport naps and keeping your toddler contained. If you need a car seat for the bus, consider a travel-friendly one like the Cosco Scenera Next. Packing Cubes: Helps keep everything organized in your carry-on and checked bags.
3. Surviving the Flight & Bus Ride Takeoff & Landing: Have baby nurse, take a pacifier, or bottle to help with ear pressure. Your toddler can sip from a straw or eat a snack. Walk the Aisles: If the seatbelt sign is off, let your toddler stretch their legs. Layer Clothing: Planes and buses can be cold; layering lets you adjust as needed.

Nurse/feed when taking off & when landing - similar to us chewing gum for ear popping !
Depending on how old your baby is, I got this thing from Amazon that straps around my waist and the other side attaches to the seat table in front of you so it’s like a little baby hammock. You can strap them into it , that way your hands are also free while flying
Diaper Bag Must-Haves: Enough diapers/wipes for the trip + extra (flights can be delayed!) Changing pad Travel-size diaper cream Extra clothes for both kids and you (blowouts/spills happen!) Ziplock bags or wet bags for dirty clothes Lightweight blanket (for warmth or makeshift play mat) Pacifiers + clips (if your baby uses them) Small toys (teethers, rattles, board books) Noise-canceling headphones (optional but helpful for loud environments)
