2nd baby after IVF

We have been trying for over 2 years on and off. Im in my early 30s and hubby is in late 40s. We did all our tests and had 2 failed IUI only to find out my husband has some issues with DNA frag . We then went for ICSI (IVF) and got pregnant on 1st try. I had a healthy pregnancy but i had hypermesis. I threw up right till the end and i also needed to get an emergency c section in the end as i wasnt dilating after labour pain for 24 hrs. All this experience traumatised me and i decided to not have any more kids.We had 7 frozen embryos in the storage and i got rid of them at that time as i didnt want a 2nd baby . My baby boy is nearly 1 and im so blessed to have him but now i really want a 2nd one. My husband also wants a 2nd child and i feel so frustrated now i got rid of the embryos. I dont know what to do . If we should go through the whole IVF again or try naturally. We are gonna repeat all the fertility tests as well. Any advice just feeling so confused and down at the same time.
