Holiday seat
Best budget seat to take abroad? Joie everystage or Graco Slimfit perhaps but I was wondering if there were any without the belt going across the side?
Also how do you take a car seat on holiday? Any advice please?

We have the Slimfit R129 for travel, you can fold the seat belt out of the way to get the child in and then fold it back once they’re in.

Either of these seats, unless you use isofix but you can’t guarantee isofix at the other end, no there isn’t another install except tethers and seatbelt through the seat. Buy the seat, keep it in the original box unless you need to use it for the drive to the airport but you can always add extras, nappies/towels etc and take the box flat until you get to the airport. Check your suitcases in and they will send you to oversized baggage more than likely for the car seat, same at the other end usually doesn’t come with your cases xx
