Feeding schedule

My baby is 5 weeks old and combi-fed. Throughout the day he is breastfed and will usually feed for 40ish minutes every 3-4 hours. His evening breastfeed is topped up with some formula (usually 90mls but down to 60mls now). His night and middle of the night feeds are both 120ml of formula and we've started letting him wake up naturally so he's gone anywhere between 3-6 hours at night. Our feeding routine is a bit unusual due to low supply after baby was in hospital from Day 3-8 but we're working on it 🤞

Frequency is on demand 😂 she normally wants the boob every 2-3 hours. I do express 2 bottles for hubby to give late night and early morning and that's about 120-130ml so 4.5oz roughly. It definitely helps the milk panic knowing how much she's getting in the bottle feeds 😂 x

We’re 5/6 times a day & between 5 and 6oz. Was always 5 so just moved him to 6 but he doesn’t always finish. Sometimes will only take 3.5-4.5 too x
