Is this pregnancy positive or trigger positive?

HELP!!!! Im freaking out!!!! Today is 11 days after my trigger shot (sunday 03/23) and 10 days past IUI (monday 03/24). I did not test my trigger shot out this time so I have no idea what this means!!!!!! Last cycle I tested it out and the trigger shot was completely gone by 10 days after trigger with the cheapie tests but I did not do a forst response. This is the test I did this morning. Is this pregnancy or trigger? Can trigger be this strong still?? I wasnt supposed to test until Monday, but couldnt wait….
