Bottles
My son is 3 months old and has started to get himself into a routine of having his “bedtime bottle” at 10pm… I’m worried that this cycle will just continue. How can I change it? Or is it a case of holding it out until they understand the bedtime routine?

My little boy never used to like going to bed until 11 but he now goes around 9. I just follow his cues

@Becky I just go off him really.. he seems to be pretty much clock work within the hour sort of thing. It’s just hard when it’s bath time as I’d rather do bath, bottle bed. Not doing bath waiting a few hours then bottle. Don’t fancy doing bath time at 9:30 😂😂
