It’s unlikely. If there’s no egg waiting for the swimmers, they stay in your uterus for a few days before the body absorbs them. Also people use this ‘rhythm method’ as a kind of birth control
Uhhmmm yes it's definitely possible to get pregnant when you're not ovulating. When your ovulating is just the "ripe" time to try. But you can definitely get pregnant when not ovulating 🤣 I definitely got pregnant both times when not ovulating.
@Brittany I’m sorry but this isn’t entirely accurate. What this tells me is that your cycle isn’t regular and you ovulated earlier or later than expected. Ovulation can be hard to track and predict accurately unless you are tracking your temp/cervical mucus/using ovulation strips. But you physically cannot get pregnant unless sperm is available (which can survive around 5 days) during your fertile window.
@Darien what the fudge 🤦♀️ Then what am I suppose to do if I'm allergic to condoms 🤣🤣 just get pregnant cause my body doesn't want to regulate 🤣🤣 Can I take birth control while breastfeeding👀 I was told I can't lol
@Brittany Oral contraception is safe while nursing! I’m on the progesterone only cause that’s the one that they’ve been using for decades and decades for nursing mothers, so that’s the one my OB went with. But I believe the combo pill is also safe. Def talk to your OB. Hope is not lost, lol.
Nope. For most women the fertility window is the 5 days leading up to ovulation, the day of ovulation, and the day after.
