I feel the same with my 4 losses, it really does suck the joy out of being pregnant. I am 17w3days today and my anxiety had come back. Not sure when it gets easier but I hope it settles down for you. Feel free to message me if you ever need to vent

Update: It went really well, baby was very cheeky & wriggly but we got there in the end to see the gender🥹xx

Pregnancy after loss is awful. I’m right there with you. This is our double rainbow baby and every scan is does not get easier expecting an empty womb or the heart to have stopped beating however you are 16 weeks so its considered safe now. Try to relax and enjoy your pregnancy. I know for me finding out the gender was a turning point as now I feel like he will be born and I speak about him as if he will be born and okay.
