Bottle feeding breast milk

Calling all mummas to a 6 month old! If you EBF your baby but occasionally give them a bottle of your expressed milk, how many oz of milk are you milk are you giving them? My baby is 6 months next week and has always been EBF other than one 7oz bottle of formula before bed, but I have a huge supply of milk in the freezer to use up but I am unsure of how much breast milk to give in a bottle each time? Help!

I’ve just swapped to formula but when I was expressing my girl only had 5oz a time of expressed milk. Now she’s on formula she drinks no more than 4oz - it’s just trial and error

Usually 4 ounces. Occasionally 5 ounces

EBF but any bottles are nreadt milk 4oz, no more than 5oz

tbh, I usually did like 4-6 oz in a bottle for my little one, but it really depends on how hungry they are! this is what the 'Heal Baby Care App' mentioned… hope it helps! "For a 6-month-old, it's generally recommended to offer about 3 to 5 ounces of breast milk per bottle feeding. Since your baby is used to a 7-ounce bottle of formula, you might start with 4 to 5 ounces of expressed breast milk to see how they respond. You can always adjust the amount based on their hunger cues.
