Mama and baby yoga
Hi I’m new to the area. I used to do mama and baby yoga in my old area. Are there any classes up in Blyth?

Also the sports centre does swimming classes called little ducklings. I highly recommend going on the days becky teaches xx

Hi lovely. Blyth sports centre has classes on. Monday morning at 9:30 I think it is. Active babies. It's run by a lovely lady called Jemma. Mams on the move. She does buggy workouts too and on a Wed at sports centre she does mama tone. I know there's also a baby movers at south beach and there was baby bloomers at blyth town football club. But not sure now. My little boy will be 4 in July but happy to help. I totally miss all these classes 🥹💙 Hope you have settled and will be happy in Blyth 🥰
