Kendamil is really good. No judgement, but tbh enfamil isn’t the best. It smells odd and also has not the best ingredients. Kendamil the organic or even the regular infant formula it says the formula is close to breastmilk and it doesn’t smell weird. My son has been on it for 3 months and his digestion has improved. Have you tried regular purĂ©es ?

@Shazia is kendamil wic approved? Yes I give her purees but I don't know what u mean by regular purees?

I’m not sure if it is. And I just mean like single ingredient as a start

I’m confused why you think breastmilk is not good enough for her? Are you saying you aren’t producing enough? They’re primary nutrition still until they’re about a year old is through bottle so would that be breastmilk or formula so I wouldn’t stress too much about solids. My boys are 8 months old, but 6 months adjusted and still just barely getting interested in food. Pediatrician said it’s not really worry until about a year old.

@Megan oh really ... she only takes breast milk.. she rejects other food.

She’s getting everything she needs from that!! Breastmilk is constantly changing to whatever baby may need and is giving her great nutrition and antibodies! Just saying is true that food before one is just fun. Everything she needs is coming straight from you!

ByHeart, Bobbie and/or Kendamill the three best brands of formula out there. Regarding to solids. Have you introduced your little one to fruits at all? I know they recommend veggies first but my little one likes flavor so I have to mix some type of fruit with her veggies for her to enjoy lol

@Megan yeah. But my concern is that she's getting to 7months she don't take pures or formula just milk.. I though once they are 6months plus the nutrients in milk reduce..

@Sydnee what do u mix?

My little one got on kendamil after breastfeeding him. I slowly introduce it by mixing it with my breastmilk

Milk (breastmilk/formula) is best until age 1 and most important Food is for fun, learning motor skills. If your daughter isn’t taking solid food at this time it is okay, just keep introducing. Solid Starts is a good app to see recommendations on how to prepare foods. Remember start slow and basically only need to offer one food at a time until they get better 😊 It’s messy but worth the journey as it’s fun to see them learn to grab foods 😁 Other tips is to find simple ways to make pancakes out of a lot of foods. I haven’t with my son yet as we just started this journey with him too, but for my daughter, I got some premade puree baby foods like pumpkin because I knew I wasn’t going to steam and prepare a pumpkin 😂 and I made her little pumpkin pancakes. (First I did it plain and as she kept trying foods I added some seasoning to them) Just remember to minimize salt intake as well, babies kidneys aren’t fully developed.
