Baby steriliser

Looking for recommendations for a baby sterliser - I’ve been looking at the Tommee Tippee UV one but worried about how much this one stores - especially if I can’t use the TT bottles and have to change to another brand who are taller!

I’ve been using the MAM steam steriliser with MAM bottles for 7 weeks so far and am happy with it :)

We use the cold water steriliser one so much easier x

I have the Vital Baby UV steriliser. I can fit 4 mam bottles in it. Sterilises in 7 mins. Also use it for dummies, teethers and toys, great for when I buy bargains off Facebook/vinted

I sterilise the mam bottles in microwave and use the cold water steriliser for toys and everything else

Milton cold water

I have the dr. Browns sterilizer...its amazing and holds a lot.

Milton cold water

Honestly just get a cold water steriliser. It’s the best one I think. I had a UV and a steam one and having to descale the steam one so often and all I just switched to cold water. Certain things can’t be put in the UV either so. I literally throw her tethers and all in the cold water one.

We brought the steam steriliser from tommee tippee but we found the micro wave bags so much quicker and easier. X

Tommee Tippee UV I had and it is not as good I wasn’t really using it Best one is MAM steam steriliser

@Paige Hi, what did you find you cannot put in the uv steriliser?

Anything that’s silicone shouldn’t be sterilised in a UV steriliser.

My uv steriliser is suitable for silicon bottle and pump parts. Have been using it for 6 months with no problem.

Mine said otherwise

@Daisie if you go for a UV steriliser it’s worth checking that it is suitable for silicon
