Nature Club, they tend the school garden and care for the school chickens. Lego club, it’s what it sounds like. Girl Scouts did an after school arts program for the girls, my daughter absolutely loved it. She got to earn a badge for when she starts Girl Scouts in a couple years.

But she does do Girl Scouts

Some have. Some haven’t.

My son usually has therapy after school, so he goes to that (speech,OT, or physio). My son has done little athletics, karate, and golf, but they were also threapy based.

My son is currently in little league and karate. My daughter does dance and gymnastics.

My girls are teens now. But they did dance - jazz, acro, contemp and ballet. And girl guides. I was a dance mum for 14yrs 😂 my boy, I wanna put him in Scouts and hip hop dance, we go swimming casually weekly so we don’t do lessons but he likes swimming. And the after school clubs at the library. Lego club homework club games night etc.

Accidentally hit none… which is technically true but my kids are 2 and 3😅

On another note I have noticed kids who where involved in group things wether it be clubs, teams, ect. tend to continue to be involved with other groups through out school and adulthood

Yes gymnastics, swimming and brownies.

Do you mean classes? My daughter’s gymnastics class is after school but her swimming class is at the weekend for now, until she moves up a stage. Neither are to do with school.

She’s still a baby but when she starts school the rules are 1 instrument and 1 physical activity. I’m not fussed what it is but she has to do something it’s nonnegotiable. I did dance and violin my brother does piano and musical theatre. It will give her good skills and you can’t always guarantee how school is going to go so always having back up options in place
