I NEED HELP! My baby isn’t pooping

My baby is almost 3 months and hasn’t pooped on his own since his first 2 weeks. I took him to a gastro doctor. Keeps telling me nothing wrong, he’s healthy even recommended I give him a bit of oatmeal to keep him full longer….??? I kept complaining to pediatrician and they recommended prune juice and water (my baby hates it and will only drink a little) I’ve tried almost everything.. doing bicycle kicks, leg movements, massages, prune juice and NOTHING. Farts do come out when I put knees to chest and maybe a little shart, but he cannot fully push out all the poop.. so I have to assist him with fridamom gaspasser and I don’t want to keep on.. please help

Our doc had us give our baby about 1-2 oz of plain water. Ended up working like a natural laxative!

Grape water or a little bit of pickle juice might do the trick

The doctor had told us to put 2 tablespoons of brown sugar into either a formula or breast milk bottle. Within hours had them pooping (and cleared out the 4days of back up)

When my son was tiny he had a hard time also, the doctor told me a tablespoon or so of prune juice in his formula (or breast milk) regularly. And it worked like a charm

Thank you ladies for the advice!! Will definitely try anything good to help my baby🙏🏼

When my oldest was little I would buy him the gerber prune baby food and add it to water. It used to be very helpful.
