Period Product Suggestions

Hey Everyone! I am looking for suggestions when it comes to period products. I usually use pads, but I am considering a diva disk/cup or period panties? In your opinion what’s the best for a heavy flow and not uncomfortable.

I use the period pants from primark & M&S if you’re from the UK. and they’ve been so good for me :)

I've got both primark and Wuka period pants and they're both great, only I find the primark ones don't wash as well.

I used a cup for yeaaarrss prior to pregnancy. Post pregnancy it literally doesn’t work anymore. Apparently a very common issue as the shape of your cervix never goes back to normal. So I would be careful splashing out on any cup/disc! I’ve had to revert to tampons which I hate using (economic and environmental reasons)

flex disc!! they make disposable ones or reusable. I love them!
