@Lemees I thought of this. My parents bought me a gold bracelet with my name engraved for my 1st birthday. I could still wear it when I was in high school😆. I'm wondering whether to get something similar x

Not a keepsake as such, but with my first, and I’m doing it again this time, I got a little predictions kit from Etsy, all the family etc fill it out and then you open on their 18th birthday :)
Ops I wish I knew about this.. with my girl, I’m keeping all her birthday dresses. With boy, need to think … my husband is buying watch 😅 I guess . My kids will get diary each from me about their memories. Just haven’t had chance to write lol

Not exactly a gift, but I've created my eldest (20 months) an email address, and I sent her an email and pics of her first year to it, I'll do it for every birthday and with my 9 month old, and they cam have access to it on their 16th. Thought it would be cute 🥰🥰
I'm the same, I feel like especially for 1st birthday I'd love to buy him something he can keep forever. Perhaps a piece of jewellery he can wear when he's older. Or maybe something engraved x
